MISSION:
To Provide educationand skill development to persons with special needs so as to make them self reliant.
To develop, coordinate and learning activities so as to transform the disability by involving parents and family.
To provide awareness on prevention and early management of disability.
To provide platforms for research to facilitate such individuals to live a life with the mainstream society.

VISION: A thought of providing a shelter to the mentally challenged and Differently Abled children of Rural area, came into reality by the formation of Freedom Education Employment and Development Society in July 2009 which was later changed its name by NavDisha Education & Welfare Society.

Special Home: "NavDisha Special School & Therapeutic Centre" a project of NavDisha Education & Welfare Society was started in the year 2009 in one room & four children to start with. This number increased within short span of time and Gram Panchayat Sidhrawali offered rent free occupation at Mahila Mandal in which earlier Rao Lal Singh Little Blossams School was running .
